I started thinking about this by reading today’s Daily Dig (link on the left) which was about the clergy being cannibals, yeah odd thought, but this made me think about food (obviously) and then on to something Michael Moore once did in front of a live audience
Great sermon idea, you get your congregation to put all their loyalty cards into a basket… when it gets to the front, you take one out and cut it up and say.. Richard (or whoever) you’re free, your loyalty no longer belongs to tescos, it belongs to your family to God!
Bit radical, but hey I think all our wallets could be doing with a little trimming
