There is a connection of unspoken conversation
which drifts between worlds when walking,
journeying together. We become more
than two souls on a road. That spirit expands
again at journey’s end. We who remain are
hungry for more than bread broken.
Then, the space between us has changed and though
we part we are as close as before, if we never left
